FOOD TO BE TAKEN WITH LOW CARB VALUE CONSIDERED HEALTHY

       

 

  • Cereals: Eat more Barley, Whole Wheat, Wheat Bran ,Soya Flour, Brown Rice ,Oat Meals ,Porridges.
  • Pulses:  Whole & Sprouted Dals.
  • Vegetable : Green leafy vegetables,  Cabbage, Ghiya, Tinda, Brinjal ,Tori, Karela (Bitter gourd ), Pumpkin , Cauliflower, Broccoli.
  • Milk: Skimmed milk, 750 ml. Per day which would include curd and tea .
  • Fat & Oils : Use oil in combination of Mustard oil ,Saseme oil ,Olive oil and Sunflower oil.
  • Salads : Cucumber, Tomato, Salad leaves and kakdi  ,Reddish before Meals.
  • Sweets: ××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××××
  • Meats: Lean cuts of chicken ,Fish ,Egg white.
  • Drinks : Fresh lime ,lemon soda ,Diluted lassi, Green tea, Clear soup, Dal soup , Black gram (kale channa ) soup.
  • Fruits :   Papaya , Jamun ,Orange, Mausami, Pear, Gauva,Phalsa ,Amla ,Apple.
  • Misceleneous : Lemon,Mint, Coriandor, Cinannamon,Methidana, are good for daily consumption.
