- Cereals: Eat more Barley, Whole Wheat, Wheat Bran ,Soya Flour, Brown Rice ,Oat Meals ,Porridges.
- Pulses: Whole & Sprouted Dals.
- Vegetable : Green leafy vegetables, Cabbage, Ghiya, Tinda, Brinjal ,Tori, Karela (Bitter gourd ), Pumpkin , Cauliflower, Broccoli.
- Milk: Skimmed milk, 750 ml. Per day which would include curd and tea .
- Fat & Oils : Use oil in combination of Mustard oil ,Saseme oil ,Olive oil and Sunflower oil.
- Salads : Cucumber, Tomato, Salad leaves and kakdi ,Reddish before Meals.

- Meats: Lean cuts of chicken ,Fish ,Egg white.

- Fruits : Papaya , Jamun ,Orange, Mausami, Pear, Gauva,Phalsa ,Amla ,Apple.
- Misceleneous : Lemon,Mint, Coriandor, Cinannamon,Methidana, are good for daily consumption.
